One of the most frustrating things is when you intend to do one thing, but end up doing the opposite. This happens a lot in emotionally-charged situations like in dating, intimacy, or creative purpose.

Much of our behavior can seem like pre-patterned response. We resort to the “shapes” that our psyche has developed into. Luckily our psyche is plastic, meaning it can be reshaped into new forms. In this video I share two major principles for reshaping your psyche.
